Tim offers a wide variety and a depth of experience in real estate accounting and consulting. His expertise includes subspecialties in related real estate areas such as condominium association audits, homeowner association accounting, hospitality accounting, and hotel audits. Tim has the knowledge to solve the most difficult challenges for real estate businesses and organizations. Tim is CRI’s industry team leader in CRI’s homeowner service line, which manages over 500 condominium associations and homeowner association clients throughout the state of Florida. Additionally, Tim is co-chairman of CRI’s Quality Control Committee.
