With 30+ years of real estate audit and assurance experience, including Rule 3-14 audits when required by the SEC, Ken helps institutional and private equity real estate investors meet their reporting requirements. Ken represents pension funds, private investment groups, insurance companies and builders with portfolio assets ranging from $25 million to $4 billion. Ken has extensive experience in the commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors, and has helped clients with real estate deal structuring, acquisition diligence, purchase price allocations, and other matters surrounding real estate. Prior to joining public accounting, Ken gained valuable experience as a real estate internal auditor for a Fortune 100 publicly-held insurance company with more than $10 billion in real estate assets.
Ken possesses a great passion for the well-being of the young people in his community. He dedicates his personal time and financial support to a nationally recognized youth ministry dedicated to helping students become adults and grow in their faith.
