Brenda’s roots are set deep in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to listen to her clients and offer tailored advice and real solutions to their problems. Her 30+ years of public accounting experience enable her to provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diversified client base concentrated in South Texas but spread across the country. She handles a wide range of tax matters. especially corporate, partnership, fiduciary, limited liability company, individual, and estate and gift tax issues. She provides comprehensive tax planning, research, business advisory services and IRS representation to individuals and companies on a wide range of matters and particularly enjoys working with agribusiness, family-owned businesses and trusts and estates.
Brenda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), where she is also a Past President of the Rio Grande Valley Chapter.
