With more than 35 years of diversified accounting, tax, and consulting experience, Barbara provides a wide variety of businesses and owners with business taxation services, individual taxation services, and business valuations throughout Central Florida. She is an active certified business valuation professional and litigation support consultant to the legal profession. Although Barbara currently does not practice law, her law degree provides tremendous value to our clients.
Barbara’s industry expertise is rooted in her work with healthcare entities, professional services firms, and manufacturing and distribution companies. In 2010, Barbara initiated the revitalization of the local Society of Manufacturing Engineers Chapter (SME), in which she currently serves as the chapter’s treasurer.
Barbara has participated on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) business valuation conference planning committee, and she served as a speaker for an AICPA National Business Valuations Conference. Barbara has also donated her time and knowledge to assisting the AICPA’s Business Valuations Committee and most recently assisted in creating the review materials for the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification examination.
