Biography
With more than 30 years of experience, Marie’s career has focused on serving both large and small entities in accounting, auditing, consulting, and tax matters. Since joining the firm in 1986, she has had the privilege of participating in the metamorphosis of a small local firm transitioning into one of the fastest growing firms nationally. Marie's industry expertise includes not-for-profit organizations, governmental entities, medical services, construction contractors, and professional service companies. She currently serves the not-for-profit sector with an emphasis in the OMB A-133 Single Audit area of practice as lead and concurring partner on Single Audit engagements. Marie has authored and delivered various internal CRI courses related to the Single Audit requirements and audit methodology. In addition, she provides training and support services to clients who use Cougar Mountain Fund Accounting Software.
