Biography

Throughout his 29 years of experience, Randy’s career has focused on serving large, multi-national companies and smaller SEC registrants. Prior to CRI, Randy spent 22 years with an international firm where he served mid to large-sized clients with a focus in the industries of financial services, insurance, colleges and universities, and manufacturing. Currently, Randy serves as an audit partner on many of the firm's larger clients and additionally serves as concurring partner for all of the firm's financial services SEC clients. Randy is a member of CRI's SEC Practice Committee and serves in other leadership roles within the firm.
