Biography

With over 15 years of experience, Jon’s career has focused on serving large, multi-national companies and smaller SEC registrants. Prior to CRI, Jon spent 11 years with an international firm specializing in utilities and telecommunications. As CRI’s Director of Professional Services, Jon is responsible for the firm’s quality control, marketing and information technology initiatives. Additionally, he serves as the lead or concurring partner on several SEC external audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance engagements. Jon has experience with initial and secondary public offerings, SOX implementation, and regulatory accounting issues. He has authored and delivered various courses related to internal controls for various accounting firms and the Alabama Society of CPAs.
