Biography
Frank has extensive experience and expertise in corporate and individual taxation, as well as estates and trusts. He works closely with many clients in the health care industry, as well as construction and manufacturing clients.
Frank has taught accounting as an adjunct instructor of accounting at Santa Fe Community College. He has also guest lectured at various classes at the University of Florida.
