Biography

Tim offers an industry specialization in the real estate consulting and accounting industry. With over 20 years of experience in auditing and consulting with hotel, condominium associations, homeowner associations, cooperatives, timeshares and factional ownership properties, Tim has the experience to solve the most difficult problems clients have in these industries. Tim is the leader of CRI's homeowner service line and Co-Chair of CRI's Quality Control Committee.

Tim currently has over 500 condominium and homeowner association clients throughout the state of Florida.
