With over 15 years of experience, Scott’s career has focused on serving middle market and closely-held businesses. Scott handles a wide range of tax matters for his clients, working primarily in the corporate, partnership, limited liability company, individual, and estate and gift tax areas. His experience includes providing comprehensive tax planning, research and consultation to individuals and companies on various matters including startup/entity selection, succession, international issues, merger and acquisition, estate and gift tax planning. He also serves as a member of the CRI Tax Quality Control Committee.
