Biography
With over 35 years of experience in public accounting, Matt managed his own firm in the Tampa Bay area for 25 of those years before merging into the CRI predecessor firm. As the Partner-In-Charge of the Tampa Bay office, Matt has specialized in taxation and management of closely-held businesses including business valuation, succession planning, and business structuring. He has been a speaker in the Tampa Bay area on taxation and business planning while serving on numerous community boards. Matt is an active member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs and is a Certified Valuation Analyst.
