BowenPhillips Merges with Accounting Firm Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) - (January 25, 2012) - CPA firm BowenPhillips LLP has merged with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI), the third largest accounting firm in the South. Both BowenPhillips offices, located in Tifton and Valdosta, will now operate under the Carr, Riggs & Ingram name. The same BowenPhillips team will serve local clients, who will also benefit from additional specialized services and resources provided by the regional CPA firm.

CRI Hosts Third Annual Government Contracting Conference February 7th Niceville, FL - (January 3, 2012) - The local Niceville office of accounting firm Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI) will present its third annual government contracting seminar Tuesday, February 7th at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The seminar is designed to prepare government contractors with strategies for unlocking government contracting mysteries that will enhance opportunities for success in 2012.

New Year's Resolution: Minimize Fraudulent Losses in 2012 - Enterprise, AL (December 27, 2011) - Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI), is currently offering complimentary anti-fraud consultations from now through the end of January to local businesses in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas. Kirkland Elected Membership Director of the Space Coast Medical Group Management Association - Melbourne, FL (December 1, 2011) - Karen Kirkland, CPA, has been elected to the position of membership director for the Space Coast chapter of the Florida Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

Hoyman Dobson CPAs Merges with Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) & Joins Central Florida Team - Enterprise, AL (November 9, 2011) - Hoyman Dobson CPAs has merged with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI), the third largest accounting firm in the South. The Melbourne office will now operate under the name of Carr, Riggs & Ingram. This team unites with CRI's current partners and staff in Winter Park, Florida, to form one of the largest accounting services providers in the Central Florida market.

CRI's 14th Annual Construction Year-End Seminar is December 8th  - Jackson, MS (October 5, 2011) - The local Jackson office of accounting firm Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI) presents its 14th annual Construction Year-End Seminar on December 8th at the Hilton Hotel of Jackson. The seminar provides general contractors and subcontractors with business and tax strategies for maximizing profits and bonding while minimizing taxes during the close of 2011 and beginning of 2012.
