soft skills of business leadership to promote effective interaction with clients

client service. We take this commitment so seriously that both seasoned partners
and identified rising stars complete a custom certification process before
instructing these courses for 2-3 days each year during a firm-wide event
focused on leadership. CRI Leadership Academy courses include communication,
presentation, business writing, coaching, mentoring, delegation, effective time
management, and leadership. The courses follow a designated, progressive track
designed to equip CRI accounting professionals with the skills to be a part of
the best CPA client service team in the South.
As an added benefit to our staff accountants, senior accountants, and managers,
the CRI Annual Leadership Academy provides a networking opportunity to create a
