Alexander, CPA, a partner in CRI's Austin office, will be speaking at the
Baylor Angel Network Entrepreneur Information Series Conference in Austin,
Texas.
Alexander's presentations will focus on the topics of Accounting and Tax
Compliance for Closely-Held Businesses. If you have questions about business
entity selection, the pros and cons of entity choices (such as partnerships,
LLCs, corporations), then attend the Tax Compliance for Closely-Held
Businesses session. Debbie will also discuss federal and state tax
